Then you can either email your completed turbinegeneration Submissions Form to Rachel.Harding@tate.org.uk to confirm your submission via Vimeo, or print and include with any submissions sent by post. All submissions must be received by FRIDAY 1ST JUNE. (If you are posting your submission, please allow for postage time.) Terms of Use 1) The turbinegeneration website is operated by the Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery (“Tate”). The turbinegeneration website is solely for the use of teachers, artists and galleries involved in the project. 2) Participants must be over 18 and their identities will be confirmed by the Tate Community Manager as part of the registration process. 3) By submitting material to turbinegeneration, participants consent to Tate processing their personal details for identification purposes. Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998, Tate follows strict security procedures for the storage and processing of personal information in order to prevent unauthorised access. 4) Tate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose to include or not include the submission of images and films for use either online or as part of turbinegeneration activities and events and shall not be liable for any loss of publicity or enhancement of reputation in that regard. 5) Submitted images and films must not contain obscene or defamatory content or unlawful material. Any offensive or defamatory content will be removed from the site and disregarded for use as part of turbinegeneration activities and events. 6) Users who submit content to turbinegeneration grant Tate and Worlds Together Conference partners the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to reproduce, modify, edit and publish and distribute the images and stories that are submitted. 7) Any opinions, statements and other third party content are those of the respective authors(s) or distributor(s) and not those of Tate. Tate does not endorse any such opinion, statement or other material contained in any submissions. 8) Tate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose to include or not include the submission of statements for any use as part of the turbinegeneration website, activities and events.
